Sigma uses information submitted through this website to respond to inquiries and evaluate requested services.

Forms and attachments

Your contact details, inquiry, and any enabled attachments are sent to Sigma through Resend, our email delivery provider. If online attachments are unavailable, submit the request without files and contact Sigma to arrange an appropriate way to share files.

Chat and security

When live AI is enabled, chat questions are sent to OpenAI to generate responses. Private design previews use local sample replies. Cloudflare Turnstile processes IP addresses and browser signals to help protect forms and chat from automated abuse. Do not include passwords, payment details, or account identifiers in messages or files.

Sharing and retention

Sigma does not sell personal information. These service providers process information under their own policies and may retain data for security or abuse monitoring. Disabling response storage is not a promise of zero provider retention. Sigma retains inquiry records only as long as reasonably necessary for business communications and requested services.

Optional measurement and chat history

Optional website measurement is off until you choose to allow it. If chat history is offered, saving a conversation requires your separate choice. You can change your choice before sending a new question. Contact Sigma to ask about retained records and deletion. Do not send sensitive information in chat.
